Testing forms a big part of my Transformation Packages because it helps to get you faster and better results.
If you have ever been told your blood test results are ‘normal’ what does that actually mean?

‘Normal’ falls into the reference range that has been set by the laboratory and the reference ranges are based on what is normal for most of the population.

 

Often it isn’t taken into consideration whether you are high or low within the reference range which may very well be contributing to your symptoms. I’m also not just aiming for ‘normal’ with your health. I am aiming for you to feel and be your very best, I am aiming for you to achieve optimal health!

I work strongly based on the foundations of Functional Medicine using evidence based protocols to support your health. I am not a medical doctor and cannot diagnose or prescribe medication. I continually undergo professional development to keep up to date with the leading edge developments of nutritional medicine to ensure I provide the very best advice. I also incorporate coaching into our packages to support you to make continued progress.

    How long is a piece of string? Unfortunately it is impossible to answer that question as everyone is unique. It depends on what imbalances you have, how long you have been suffering, and your commitment and dedication to change. The majority of my clients begin to observe changes in their energy levels, cravings, and overall wellbeing within the first 1-2 weeks of working together. Rebalancing weight and hormones typically requires a bit more patience, with most clients reporting a shift around the 2-3 month mark. However, it's essential to remember that results can't be guaranteed due to the highly individualised nature of the process.
